Blends Well With: Coconut is ideal oil for blending with heavier and thicker base oils like olive, avocado or castor. It can also be used as 100% base oil and also as carrier oil with different essential oils.

Refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) oil is usually made from copra, dried coconut kernel, which is pressed in a heated hydraulic press to extract the oil. This yields practically all the oil present, amounting to more than 60% of the dry weight of the coconut.

Coconut oil is one of the healthiest 

foods on the planet because it contains healthy fats 

called medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs) which include 

exclusive fats which include caprylic acid, lauric acid 

and capric acid.Balances hormones
