Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Turfy. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process for all users and partners.
By booking a turf through the platform, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
๐ 1. Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel their bookings directly through the Turfy before the scheduled slot time.
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing prior to the booking start time.
๐ 2. Refund Structure
Cancellation Time Before Slot Refund Eligibility
- More Than 24 hours before booking 100% Refund (no fee applicable)
- Between 12 to 24 hours before booking 50% Refund
- Between 4 to 12 hours before booking 15% Refund
- Between 0 to 4 hours before booking No Refund
๐ 3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
- Refund processing may take 5โ7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Convenience fees, gateway charges, or taxes (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
๐ 4. Late Cancellation & No-Show
- Users who repeatedly cancel bookings at the last minute may face temporary booking restrictions.
- Failure to appear at the booked turf slot without cancellation will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
๐ 5. Turf or Platform Cancellation
In rare situations where a booking is cancelled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Turf maintenance
- Technical issues
- Operational problems
Turfy reserves the right to:
- Reschedule the booking, or
- Provide a suitable partial/full refund depending on the situation.
๐ 6. Important Notes
- Refund eligibility is calculated based on the official booking start time.
- Refund amounts are calculated on the booking amount only.
- Once a refund is processed, it cannot be reversed.
