Welcome to Turfy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications and services, including both the User App and Partner (Vendor) App.

By accessing or using Turfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

📌 1. Definitions

• “Turfy” refers to our platform, including mobile apps and services
• “User” refers to individuals booking turfs
• “Partner” / “Vendor” refers to turf owners or managers listing turfs
• “Services” refers to booking, scheduling, and turf management features

📌 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Turfy.

By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

📌 3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

📌 4. Services Overview

For Users:

• Browse and book turfs
• View availability and pricing
• Receive booking confirmations and updates

For Partners:

• List and manage turfs
• Set pricing, availability, and schedules
• Accept and manage bookings (including manual bookings)

📌 5. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Pricing is determined by the Partner
• Payments (if applicable) must be completed as per the app process

Turfy may not be responsible for disputes related to pricing set by Partners.

📌 6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies may vary by Partner
• Users should review policies before booking
• Turfy is not liable for disputes between Users and Partners regarding refunds

📌 7. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• Provide accurate turf details and pricing
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Maintain proper service quality
• Avoid double bookings and fraudulent activities

Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

📌 8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Provide false information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Interfere with other users or bookings

📌 9. Intellectual Property

All content on Turfy (logos, design, text, software) is owned by Turfy or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without permission.

📌 10. Limitation of Liability

Turfy acts as a platform connecting Users and Partners.

We are not responsible for:

• Quality of turf facilities
• Injuries, damages, or losses during matches
• Disputes between Users and Partners

Use the platform at your own risk.

📌 11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to services

if users or partners violate these Terms.

📌 12. Privacy

Your use of Turfy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

📌 13. Third-Party Services

Turfy may include third-party integrations (payments, notifications, analytics).

We are not responsible for their services or policies.

📌 14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

📌 15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
